Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will involve managing recruitment efforts, supporting HR functions, and handling administrative tasks for operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about growth and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage recruitment responsibilities, including creating and posting job ads, conducting initial interviews, and providing administrative support for HR processes.
  2. Provide assistance with task management, meeting scheduling, and research.
  3. Act as a peer accountability partner and conduct special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Administrative/HR/recruitment role.
  • Strong time, project, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Assertive, trustworthy, proactive.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, job boards, Google Suite, project management tools, and relevant software.

This is a full-time remote independent contractor position. Compensation is $6.00/hour USD.
