Job Overview

Copeland is a global climate technologies company engineered for sustainability. They create sustainable and efficient residential, commercial, and industrial spaces through HVACR technologies. Duties
  • Verify customer order loads daily to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate daily planning reports on inventory, production output, and sales.
  • Acknowledge orders in Oracle.
  • Monitor excess stator and rotor inventory builds and track root causes.
  • Submit Advanced Shipment Notices to North American and European customers.
  • Track and report material requisitions not converted into purchase orders or unreleased.
  • Calculate Finished Goods and protector ABCD classifications.
  • Send out Approved Supplier List Reports.
  • Calculate minimum and maximum KANBAN sizes for each finished good.
  • Calculate planning bills based on past sales and forecasts.
  • Update process documents to comply with Quality Management Systems.
  • Update monthly Planning Reports.
  • Collaborate on SIGMA projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technical field.
  • Data management and project monitoring experience.
  • Background in ISO Quality Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, macros, and Visual Basic for Applications.
  • Tableau, Power BI, and SQL skills are advantageous.
  • Analytical skills, articulate communication, innovation, and confidence.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
