Business Analytics Consultant Role

We're seeking an expert to join our Advanced Analytics & Insights team. The role involves supporting reporting and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making. You'll be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, dashboards, and reports.

  • Oversee the Asia reporting function, producing Asia-specific data to support regional and local teams' strategies.
  • Serve as the Reporting function SME, supporting system design and change.
  • Develop and execute controls and processes aligned with Procurement policies.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality, and attend to routine management and ad-hoc strategic reporting needs.
  • Analyze existing processes, evaluate business requirements, and recommend process improvements or enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between business areas and project stakeholders for new process/system development and implementation.
  • Prepare communications and training materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, preferably data or Information Technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, analytics, consultancy, or similar roles in the BPO/Shared Services industry.
  • Able to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and accommodate mid-to-night shifts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills in analytics and data transformation tools, including Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SQL, and Power Automate/VBA.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Power Apps, and Python.
  • Governance concepts: understanding of data governance and control principles.
  • Ability to translate issues into effective business solutions.
  • Effective project management and business case methodologies.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
