Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Excellence: Develop and refine processes to ensure seamless project delivery, quality, and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 10, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure client deliverables align with business needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years Experience: In digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ Years Management Experience: Managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficient in WordPress, Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, Clockify, HubSpot, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMRush, Pressable, Bluehost, GoDaddy, Facebook Business Manager, Social Pilot, Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grammarly, and Figma.
