Job Overview

This is a leadership position for a digital operations manager.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of client websites and digital assets, ensuring timely completion to the highest standard of quality.

Key responsibilities include analyzing team performance and project data to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with leadership to balance workloads and improve workflows, and reviewing and refining output from QA, design, and web support teams.

Additional duties include leading and coaching a team of 10, managing workloads and fostering accountability, working cross-functionally with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment with business needs, and actively contributing to Olly's culture by providing feedback, sharing best practices, and promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS workflows), including testing new features on both the front and back end.
  • A keen eye for design and content QA, ensuring websites are visually consistent, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Figma fluency — ability to read and assess design files to ensure pixel-perfect, accurate implementation.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to align outputs with client goals.
  • A proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to enforce deadlines, manage processes, and elevate team performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with Project & Workflow Management tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, Clockify.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, including HubSpot.
  • Analytics & Reporting skills using Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMRush.
  • Website Platforms & Hosting experience with Pressable, Bluehost, GoDaddy.
  • Other Digital Production Tools: Facebook Business Manager, Social Pilot, Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grammarly.
