About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive business growth across digital channels, strategic partnerships, and franchise support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with our brand vision and goals.
  • Promote our nurse call, messaging systems, and Vitalcloud platform through content, digital marketing, and events that resonate with our target audience.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral and toolkits for branches and partners to enhance their success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead in the market.
  • Measure campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, product development, and service—to ensure seamless alignment and delivery of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), content creation, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to drive results and build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
