We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team.

This role involves facilitating same-day deliveries across the US, dispatching runs, communicating with cross-functional teams, and interacting daily with driver agents. The Logistics Operations Specialist will report to the Dispatch Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch deliveries in assigned markets and create efficient routes based on driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Maintain mastery of the CXT dispatch system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve issues promptly while maintaining a calm and professional tone.
  • Develop expertise in Dialpad and Zendesk, our telephone and ticketing systems.
  • Provide direct and efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers.
  • Achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all assigned markets.
  • Offer ongoing feedback to General Managers, City Managers, and Supervisors regarding driver supply needs and performance.
  • Familiarize yourself with your assigned market(s) to ensure comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and specific market needs.
  • Be available to work assigned shifts with flexibility to work through shift changes as needed, including weekends and holidays.

  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new software technologies and eagerness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Able to manage operationally efficient projects and teams.
  • Passion for logistics and executing rigorous business practices.
  • Google Office Suite knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
