Job Title:

Sales Development Representative

Overview:

This role involves making outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with target B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B, U.S.-facing market.

Responsibilities:
  • Make 150-200 outbound calls per day to U.S.-based prospects.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with target B2B clients.
  • Follow up on a warm lead list of over 5,400 contacts.
  • Build and manage personalized follow-up sequences in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the founder to test and refine outreach messaging.
  • Keep accurate, organized records of activity, outcomes, and insights.
  • Consistently hit weekly activity and booking goals.

Requirements:Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, ideally in a B2B, U.S.-facing market.
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection handling.
  • Strong English communication skills - both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales engagement tools.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and high accountability.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Central Time (U.S.).
Preferred:
  • Experience selling to executive assistants, procurement teams, or corporate gift buyers.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. promotional product or holiday gifting markets.
  • A track record of exceeding quotas in a previous SDR/BDR role.
