Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a customer service representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues efficiently, and providing exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong command of the English language. Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
