Email Marketing Role

We are seeking a detail-driven and organized individual to assist with email coordination, community engagement, and administrative support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Setup and schedule email campaigns using industry-standard tools
  • Organize campaign assets, contact lists, and segment updates for efficient management
  • Track performance data and compile clear reports for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and shared resources for seamless collaboration
  • Analyze return portal data and organize findings to inform decision-making
  • Engage with customers through direct messages, comments, and threads on various platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign updates and ad-hoc tasks
  • Research competitive campaigns and trends to stay ahead of the curve
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or admin support
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong attention to detail and data management
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and project management platforms like Asana or ClickUp
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and collaborate effectively across teams
  • The ability to manage shifting priorities with calm and clarity
  • Bonus points for experience with SEO, PPC, or content writing
