Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

  • This role involves managing social media platforms, developing and scheduling posts, monitoring audience engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • You will be responsible for conducting performance analysis, optimizing campaigns, and creating and managing paid social media advertisements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and schedule posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Monitor audience engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and manage paid social media advertisements, including budgeting and targeting.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in managing social media campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
