Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in B2B outreach, and the ability to generate quality leads for professionals in various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to industry professionals in different regions.
  • Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead records in our CRM system.
  • Build a pipeline of prospective clients through research, follow-ups, and consistent communication.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business development, telemarketing, or outbound sales (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with professionals such as architects, designers, and business owners.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools and spreadsheets.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
