Job Summary

This role is a pivotal position in supporting sales operations and executive teams. It requires an individual who can manage data effectively using advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, emails, and meetings for senior executives
  • Analyze sales reports using Excel to create charts and visualizations
  • Update CRM records and client databases with accuracy and efficiency
  • Support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver sales materials and updates on time
  • Draft professional documents, proposals, and presentations that meet the highest standards
  • Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense tracking, and file organization with precision
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, executive assistance, or administrative roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, and Salesforce
  • Experience with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ClickUp, and Zoom
  • Strong data entry and reporting skills are essential for this role
