About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Platform Sales expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in educating customers about the vast potential of empowering business users with the FICO Platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with existing and new customers to understand their key initiatives in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking across Marketing, Originations, Customer Management, Personalization, Collections, and Fraud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Share expertise and thought leadership in Decisioning, Analytics, & Optimization within Financial Services to help clients stay ahead of the competition by leveraging FICO's cutting-edge Platform.
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology to gain insights into their most pressing decision management related challenges while articulating FICO's platform capabilities.
  • Research and shape potential solution opportunities through collaborative engagement with internal teams to formulate and effectively position solution proposals.
  • Ensure clients are delighted with solutions purchased to create long-term, expanding, and profitable relationships.
  • Collaborate across internal FICO teams to shape a cohesive sales effort that educates our customers on the tremendous business value the FICO Platform delivers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience developed in work environments.
  • A strong track record of building relationships and understanding client industry and business/technology challenges.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring and selling complex enterprise software solutions to large clients in financial services/banking (a plus).
  • Knowledge or experience in Consumer Lending, Credit Risk, Account Management, Retail Banking, and Fraud is also beneficial.
  • A deep interest in and/or experience with both technical and business use of data, behavioral profiles, decision management, orchestration, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Simulation, and Optimization in SaaS offerings.
  • Techno-functional expertise preferred.
  • A passion for learning and educating customers and FICO colleagues through presentations and conversations.
  • Strong soft skills and genuine interest in people and desire to help them be successful.
  • Able to thrive in high-pressure situations and travel up to 50% of the business week to meet with customers.
