Mortgage Loan Processing Expert

As a high-performance Finance Leader, you will be responsible for end-to-end loan processing, ensuring seamless experiences for clients. You will play a pivotal role in supporting mortgage brokers by handling loan preparation, documentation management, and liaising with lenders and clients to drive successful mortgage outcomes.
- Assist brokers with loan application preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Collect, verify, and manage required documentation from clients.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely loan processing.
- Track loan applications through to settlement, providing updates to all stakeholders.
- Maintain client records accurately in CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
- Stay up to date with lender policies, products, and industry changes.
Key responsibilities include administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, handling lodgements, compliance checks, pricing requests, variations, and discharges. As a semi-autonomous team member, you will work closely with an established team of broker support staff to get up to speed.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant (senior level preferred), with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, lender requirements, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, loan submission platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
