About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing trust with assigned customers and providing them with the best possible experience navigating our vast offering.

Through a clear understanding of their customer's objectives, you can activate internal and external capabilities to alleviate pain points, align expectations, and help draw and deliver on an appropriate collaboration roadmap.

This role is a first step in the CSM organisation, focusing primarily on the Tech segment, including store customers. You will also have a portfolio assigned, working to ensure the best user experience for Ubuntu users through problem-solving, onboarding, enablement, and value realisation all the way to success.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Solving ticket requests and supporting customers
  • Enriching documentation about problem solving, Q&A, and onboarding materials
  • Driving campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touch-points and activities
  • Identifying high potential and high risk customers from newly onboarded users or customers
  • Onboarding new customers and introducing them to our products and support processes
  • Collaborating with Sales and Support in developing and delivering engagement plans that fulfill the customer's objectives

We are looking for individuals with customer-facing experience, empathy, and a natural drive to help others. Passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu is essential.

Excellent presentation skills, strong organisational skills, and ability to structure and constantly update documentation are also required.

In addition, proficiency in multiple languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian is highly appreciated, alongside excellent English command.
