Senior Digital Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Strategist to develop and implement social media strategies across platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager, focusing on lead generation and ROI maximisation.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging organic content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure best practices.
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics to refine content and ad strategies.

The ideal candidate will also oversee HubSpot management, including lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation to boost engagement and conversions. Additionally, they will develop and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in managing online advertising campaigns and leveraging analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
