Role Overview

You're a creative problem solver with a knack for finding innovative solutions to drive ad performance. As our Senior Creative Strategist, you'll play a key role in shaping the direction of our Ecom ads and collaborating with our performance marketers and creative team to bring your vision to life.


With a strong focus on creative thinking and performance-first mindset, you'll be responsible for developing strategies and concepts that convert. Your expertise in understanding the psychology of online buying behavior will help us craft compelling messages that resonate with our target audience.


As a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience as a Creative Strategist (Ecom Ads), you'll bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to this role. You'll be comfortable pitching ideas and explaining the 'why' behind your direction, with a clear communication style that ensures seamless collaboration with our team.


This is a remote independent contractor engagement, offering flexibility and autonomy to work from home while aligning with EURO business hours for collaboration. If you have a passion for creativity, performance, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative strategies and concepts for Ecom ads that drive results
  • Collaborate with performance and creative teams to bring vision to life
  • Review and analyze performance data to refine ideas and improve future ads
  • Stay plugged into trends, competitor ads, and cultural moments to shape content that resonates with our audience

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Creative Strategist (Ecom Ads)
  • Strong creative thinking with a performance-first mindset
  • Experience working on DTC or e-commerce brands (preferred)
  • Comfortable pitching ideas and explaining the 'why' behind your direction
  • Strategic thinker who understands the psychology of online buying behavior
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working with a team to bring ideas to life

Engagement & Availability
  • Be available for meetings and collaboration during core business hours as decided by the client
  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
