**Job Overview**

  • We are seeking a seasoned Strategic HR Partner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to deliver people and organizational agendas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives;
  • Manage employee relations, communication, feedback, engagement, and issues resolution;
  • Implement annual HR cycle deliverables, employee engagement, career management, and talent and succession management;
  • Provide coaching to business leaders and employees on HR core processes and programs;

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 7 years experience as a strategic HR Business Partner;
  • Strong working background in HR Management and HR best practices;
  • Demonstrated project and people management skills;
  • Experienced and effective in addressing cultural change and transformation;
  • Immersed in strategic thinking, development, and execution;
