About the Role

The Strategic HR Business Partner will lead strategic people initiatives across performance management, employee experience, HR operations, and training. This role ensures that HR systems, processes, and culture align with Luminisce's mission of service excellence. Acting as a key advisor to leadership, the SHRBP drives accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement through values-based practices and data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Culture

  • Design and implement a performance management framework with clear KPIs and values-based evaluations.
  • Facilitate regular reviews, feedback cycles, and recognition programs tied to customer experience and service excellence.
  • Coach managers on delivering feedback and driving team accountability.

Onboarding & Training

  • Build and manage onboarding programs that accelerate integration and productivity.
  • Develop and deliver training plans that support technical, service, and leadership development.
  • Track training impact and ensure alignment with performance goals.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
  • Handle employee relations with fairness, integrity, and discretion.

Process Excellence & Metrics

  • Map and optimize HR workflows for consistency and clarity.
  • Establish HR dashboards to monitor onboarding, training, performance, and retention.
  • Partner with leadership to identify trends and drive strategic improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced credentials preferred.
  • 5+ years in HR leadership roles with experience in performance, training, and operations.
  • Strong execution discipline, analytical mindset, and coaching capability.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, LMS, and process documentation tools.
