Position Summary

As the Frontline HR, you will partner with leaders to translate business goals into people solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:

(i)Talent Management – Advises managers on talent planning, succession, and workforce risks; Leads change management and culture initiatives; Coaches leaders on performance, conflict and team development

(ii)OD – Influences organization design and team structure & mandate

(iii)Employer Relations – Policy compliance and administration of discipline

(iv)Employee Engagement – Manages EVP and Culture, and employee retention programs and activities

(v)O/S Management – Oversees O/S requirements of the line and liaises with the O/S provider

(vi)HR Analytics – Manages HR dashboard and metrices; Analyzes workforce data to guide strategic decisions

Skills and Qualifications

  • Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks
  • May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing
  • Minimum 8 years relevant work experience and a Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig
