Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expertise Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely manner.

About the Role:

  • Own customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution, utilizing our proprietary support platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of process improvements.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, providing actionable insights to inform product enhancements and business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Retention and Implementation, Marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Work within the hours of 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time, Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional flexibility required to support urgent requests or provide coverage during team member absences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience in a customer support capacity, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in various computer software systems, including Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Client Success, Google Work, Atlassian, Intercom.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional documents and present information to clients effectively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to listen attentively to concerns and handle criticism without taking it personally, engaging in robust and articulate dialogue while maintaining an open mind.
