We are seeking a Digital Customer Advocate to play a key role in supporting our customers across the globe. This role involves managing the digital customer experience for our dynamic, but smaller customers.

The Digital Customer Advocate will be responsible for activating and monitoring the digital customer journey playbook, identifying opportunities and risks for customers in this segment. The ideal candidate will automate repetitive tasks, identify success and risk trends, and action playbooks that align to observed trends to increase retention, customer satisfaction and grow revenue.

About the Role
  • Develop and manage the digital customer experience for assigned customers
  • Perform day-to-day management and maintenance of digital tools and promote process improvement
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining using automation
  • Monitor digital customer journey outcomes and identify opportunities and risks
  • Own communication in the customer success inbound queue, directing customers to resources and contacts to achieve their goals
  • Deploy data-driven automated implementation and adoption activities and track customer progress
  • Develop and enable digital campaigns at scale and create response templates for frequently asked customer questions
  • Maintain data integrity standards in Gainsight and Salesforce as it relates to customer engagement tracking and product utilization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on content and strategy
  • Own inbound opportunity generation and qualification through various means
  • Review and analyze the customer base to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
  • College degree (Bachelor or equivalent)
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience building one:many digital campaigns with efficient processes
  • Ability to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills in a changing environment
  • Strong team mentality and ability to utilize internal and external resources strategically
  • Problem-solving ability and willingness to seek solutions
