Remote Tech Support Specialist Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and passionate remote tech support specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our customer success unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients through various communication channels.

About the Role:
  • Provide top-notch technical support via chats, emails, and phone calls
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-leading software and hardware solutions
  • Work securely with sensitive client information
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest customer happiness best practices
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' products and services
  • Collaborate effectively with developers and other departments across various IT companies
Requirements for Success:
  • Native English language skills (B2 level)
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is highly valued
  • Experience providing support via live chats is essential
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Analytical and research skills are a must
  • A positive and responsible attitude is crucial
  • A reliable laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
