We are seeking an exceptional Cross-Cultural Customer Support Specialist

About the Role

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries via chat and email
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
  • Apply industry best practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Foster effective collaboration with developers and other departments
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native Chinese and English upper intermediate (B2 level) proficiency
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Proven track record of working with live chats and emails
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • A positive and responsible attitude
  • A reliable personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Nice to Have

Experience with CRM systems would be beneficial, particularly with Salesforce or Zendesk.
