We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to our client's executive team.

Job Description

This role requires a highly organized and tech-savvy individual who can manage complex calendars, prioritize tasks, and anticipate the needs of executives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings across time zones
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
  • Liaising between executives and other departments, clients, and external partners
  • Preparing, reviewing, and formatting documents, presentations, and reports
  • Assisting with email management and ensuring timely responses
  • Overseeing project timelines and ensuring milestones are met

The successful candidate will be highly proficient in office productivity software, communication tools, and scheduling platforms, with exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level executives
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex schedules and high-level projects
  • High proficiency with office productivity software, communication tools, and scheduling platforms
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Fully fluent in English
