Cryptocurrency Operations & Support Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage operational, marketing, and customer support tasks for a rapidly expanding cryptocurrency exchange. The role is remote-based, allowing you to work from home.

  • We require someone with excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media, as well as basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • The ideal candidate will have proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.

This position involves staying up-to-date on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes. Additionally, we need someone who can provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels, and participate in user testing, reporting bugs, and suggesting improvements for platform updates.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field, and at least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, preferably in exchange, trading, or DeFi.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk, graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, etc., and knowledge of SEO and content marketing are highly desirable.
