Cloud Engineer Wanted

We are seeking a skilled DevOps professional to build scalable systems and improve customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in software engineering and experience with Ruby or Python programming languages.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement integrations requested by customers.
  • Deploy updates and fixes promptly.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support.
  • Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems efficiently.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues rapidly.
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization processes.
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
  • Good knowledge of Ruby or Python programming languages.
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Problem-solving attitude and strong analytical skills.
  • Team spirit and effective communication skills.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
  • Able to work effectively with the Australian timezone team.
