Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Supply Chain Specialist to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will develop standardized solutions for customers by collaborating with professionals.

Your primary responsibility will be to research, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer issues related to change events, as well as manage escalated events when needed.

You will work closely with clients to analyze operational needs and understand business objectives, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, upgrade, test, and configure cloud-based systems to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. You should have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience working with cloud-based systems.
