Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting and running OpenStack, Kubernetes, and software-defined storage environments, with a strong background in Python software engineering and devsecops practices.

They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, be curious, flexible, and accountable, with the ability to travel internationally twice a year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and run OpenStack, Kubernetes, and software-defined storage.
  • Bring Python software-engineering skills and rigor to the operations domain.
  • Operate cloud environments with hundreds of private cloud, Kubernetes, and application clusters.
  • Approach operations as a science.
  • Work in a high-pressure operations environment.
Requirements
  • Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience with Linux and familiarity with Linux networking and storage.
  • Python software development expertise.
  • Operational experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
Nice-to-have Skills
  • Experience with OpenStack or Kubernetes deployment or operations.
  • Familiarity with public or private cloud management.
