Job Overview

This role involves ensuring seamless operation and optimization of cloud-based systems. As a software engineer, you will be responsible for managing infrastructure provisioning, troubleshooting issues, conducting end-to-end testing, and collaborating closely with various teams to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Management: Ensure the smooth operation and optimization of cloud-based systems, including provisioning, deployment, and scaling.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with data science and platform support teams to achieve common objectives, leveraging excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Optimization and Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency.

Proficiency in terraform, docker, and kubernetes is essential for success in this role. A strong analytical and problem-solving approach, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and proficiency in utilizing tools within the aws ecosystem are also required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Proficient in python, terraform, docker, and kubernetes, with experience in version control systems (e.g., git).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to platform maintenance.
