- Resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed customer records using CRM software
- Prioritize responses to tickets based on urgency and complexity
- Follow up on all voicemails or missed chats within 24 hours
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Conflict resolution experience with a focus on maintaining positive customer relationships
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
