Main Purpose

We seek skilled and knowledgeable customer service experts with great communication skills to join our team. We are looking for individuals who genuinely care about customers' experiences and are willing to partner with clients to help their business grow.

Responsibilities

You will work as part of a close-knit, collaborative customer experience team, managing customer queries via various channels including inbound phones, live support, and email. You will be tasked with providing accurate information in a professional and personable manner, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product range, responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels, accurately documenting each interaction while upholding the highest levels of integrity, service, and professionalism.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and approach
  • A professional and personable demeanor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience communicating with customers over Email, Webchat, and Phones
