Recruitment, Marketing & Sourcing Professional

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment, Marketing & Sourcing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources Management Group, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing creative recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.

This exciting opportunity will see you design and manage job postings across various platforms, including social media, job boards, and career fairs. You will utilize your expertise in social media networks to connect with potential candidates and promote job openings, ensuring our employer brand is consistently presented in the job market.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Designing and managing job postings to maximize visibility and engagement on various platforms.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand recruitment needs and requirements for each role and project.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns and making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Staying updated with the latest recruitment marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement in our practices.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in employer branding and marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for maximizing engagement and reach.
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop compelling and visually appealing social media content.
  • Knowledgeable in social media management and analytics tools, as well as experience in leveraging data to inform decisions and demonstrate the impact of social media efforts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
