Job Title: Management Trainee

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early career professionals to gain valuable work experience and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending structured developmental activities such as on-site/virtual classroom sessions, job shadowing, immersion, and coaching/mentoring.
  • Participating in the development and/or evaluation of projects individually or in groups.
  • Engaging with various stakeholders including fellow management trainees, work buddies, role owners, resource persons, mentors, and business leaders.
  • Performing data gathering, analysis, and presentation/reporting to support performance outcome reviews.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduates or individuals with less than 1 year of employment experience.
  • Educational background in Management Engineering, Accountancy, Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or other related courses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and strong stakeholder management ability.
  • Willingness to work and learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
