Job Description

Ecomflow is a leader in providing logistical solutions to fast-growing ecommerce brands. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing relationships with these high-value clients.

You will be responsible for conducting regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services. Your primary goal will be to identify upsell opportunities and expand client engagement with our offerings.

To achieve this, you will partner closely with our Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure that KPIs and SLAs are consistently met. You will also be proactive in resolving client escalations while maintaining strong trust and confidence with our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Direct experience working with ecommerce brands, agencies, SaaS tools, or 3PL/fulfillment providers.
  • Strong client-facing skills: handling escalations, presenting data, and running strategic reviews.
  • Experience working with Western clients/brands, with excellent communication adaptability.
