Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Healthcare Engagement Specialist. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing client engagement strategies that align with our company's overall goals for client retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client data to identify segments and tailor engagement initiatives to specific needs.
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance, discuss upcoming renewals, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Educate clients on the full range of HMO benefits, programs, and resources available to their employees.
