
Highly Skilled Administrative Assistant

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and CTO, managing high-volume scheduling, email prioritization, recruiting coordination, and other tasks.
Key responsibilities include managing inboxes, triaging messages, drafting responses, and surfacing urgent priorities. Additionally, you will own calendar management across multiple time zones, schedule internal and external meetings, and serve as a discreet liaison in select communications.
- Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling across departments.
- Communicate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Support vendor research, swag orders, and light process documentation.
- Assist with internal workflows across tools.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite or founders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
