Investigation Associate Role

The Investigation Associate position requires candidates to commit to a 12-month short-term contract.

  • Onsite training in our office for 2 months, followed by a work-from-home arrangement.
  • Must be physically based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, or Rizal during employment.
  • A standard 5 days' work week with weekends and flexible holidays.
  • A 9-hour daily schedule inclusive of lunch break.
  • Operations are 24/7, with shifting, rotating shifts, and the possibility of night shifts.

We seek dedicated and hardworking analytical candidates with a proven track record of performance and results-oriented thinking to join our Seller Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) Team. Candidates will handle various duties related to investigation and risk elimination in online e-commerce.

Key Job Responsibilities

The Investigation Associate role relies on excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals, working under limited manager supervision. Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills authenticate customers and complex transactions with high accuracy.

Engage proactively with team members, team leads, department management, and other company associates and third-party vendors to accomplish goals.

Productivity and quality assurance are evaluated along with overall contributions to department development.

Basic Qualifications
  • A minimum of a high school diploma with 3 years of any work experience or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates and career freshers welcome to apply.
  • A dedicated workspace at home with minimal background noise and reliable internet access.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills and ability to compose accurate written responses.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for clear communication of complex transactional issues to internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems logically.
  • Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Comfortable using Microsoft tools and basic automation.
  • Experience in investigations, payments, security, or banking domains.
  • Intermediate knowledge of e-commerce.
