Job Title: Anti-Money Laundering and Transaction Monitoring Specialist

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to fill our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Transaction Monitoring role. In this position, you will play a vital part in safeguarding our organization from financial crime by monitoring transactions for potential suspicious activity.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify unusual patterns or trends that may indicate fraudulent activity.
  • Develop and maintain effective AML transaction monitoring controls to prevent and detect money laundering schemes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks and enhance due diligence on clients presenting unusual behaviors.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding suspicious activities and provide them with necessary support to resolve any issues.
  • Review and analyze financial transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Utilize advanced monitoring tools and systems to investigate and identify potential fraud cases.
  • Maintain accurate records and procedures to prevent and investigate fraud.

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should have prior experience in fraud prevention and investigation, as well as a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
