About Our Security Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to monitor, investigate and respond to security incidents. You will be at the forefront of utilizing advanced security solutions to detect threats and manage incidents.

Key responsibilities include monitoring, triaging and responding to security events and incidents using established processes, conducting thorough investigations of escalated security threats, collaborating with teams and clients to address and resolve security incidents, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of threat intelligence and vulnerabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in computer science or Cybersecurity (bachelor's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in information security and technology, including at least 2 years in security operations or incident response.
  • Vendor certifications for operating and managing security solutions (required).
  • Strong knowledge of IT/security service management concepts.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF.
  • Proficient with firewalls, SIEM, EDR, PAM/PIM, and network security tools.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and business collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with initiative to improve processes and deliver results.
