We are looking for a skilled analyst to support our team in the preparation and analysis of people data.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in data/people analytics, HR reporting, or a similar analytical role. They should be able to work independently and manage tasks effectively, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and refresh recurring people metrics on monthly/quarterly cadences, ensuring figures reconcile and are delivered on time.
  • Validate and clean datasets from HR systems, run data quality checks, flag anomalies, and document fixes.
  • Update and QA existing dashboards, ensure filters and definitions work as intended, and make layout/content tweaks as directed.
  • Pull extracts and run basic analyses to support data analysis and investigations.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in data/people analytics, HR reporting, or a similar analytical role (internships and project experience welcome).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, nested formulas) a must.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus.
  • An analytical and data driven mindset: you will be viewing large data sets and looking for trends at a deep level.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
