Job Overview

A forward-thinking organization seeks an experienced professional to join their cryptocurrency trading operations team.


The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of trading fundamentals, including order books, spreads, and hedging strategies. They will also have basic technical literacy, with the ability to read logs, interpret error messages, and navigate dashboards.


This role requires the successful candidate to work collaboratively with the core trading/engineering team, communicating effectively to identify and escalate issues as needed.


The working hours for this position are 20:00 – 08:00 UTC+4, providing flexibility in scheduling and remote work arrangements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor open positions across spot and futures markets during designated night hours.
  • Oversee market making bots: review logs, verify correct order placements, and track executions.
  • Identify and promptly escalate system errors, unexpected PnL swings, exchange disconnects, etc.
  • Communicate with the core trading/engineering team when anomalies occur.
  • Ensure risk limits and exposure are kept within agreed parameters.
