Job Title: Trade Operations Specialist

This role is designed for individuals with experience working in trade operations, who are skilled in data tracking and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, as well as coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain trade tracking systems in Google Sheets, Notion, or analytics tools.
  • Track live trade data (entry/exit time, price, profit/loss, spread, strategy tag, session, time of day).
  • Maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
  • Build and update a master financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits.
  • Deliver concise, visual daily reports at rollover.
  • Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily.
  • Ensure EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately.
  • Organize and log backtest results by pair and strategy.
  • Record metrics (win rate, profit factor, drawdown, expectancy).
  • Tag strategies for live testing consideration.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill this critical role. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems.
  • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration.
