Job Opportunity: Trade Settlement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Settlement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the OTC Derivatives and Foreign Exchange business by ensuring that each derivative transaction is accurately and timely confirmed.

You will work closely with various teams to manage internal risk, build strong client relationships, and maintain a market-focused perspective.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, with a strong understanding of Investment Bank or Commercial Bank operations, particularly in FX and Derivatives.

  • Verify trade booking against termsheet for Vanilla/Exotic Derivatives and Complex structures.
  • Draft and check confirmations for Vanilla/Exotic Derivatives and Complex structures with an understanding of ISDA and products.
  • Check clients' format of incoming confirmations for Exotic Derivatives and Complex structures.
  • Administer confirmation documentation templates for a variety of FX & Derivative Products.
  • Ensure processing control procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Draft and check Credit Terms.
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation.
  • Produce Management Information System (MIS) reports.
  • Perform system testing as required.
