We're seeking a highly skilled Trade Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in making global trade happen.

You will be responsible for executing tasks according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adhering to controls. Additionally, you will have detailed understanding of processes and SOPs, and be willing to inform supervisors about any process issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks according to SLAs.
  • Has detailed understanding of processes and SOPs.
  • Adheres to controls.
  • Has ideas for improvements.
  • Informs Supervisor about any process issues.
  • Collection calls - inbound and outbound (Spanish)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Willing to work in Pasig City.
  • Amenable to work mid shift and night shift.
