We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our trading business. This role demands precision, consistency, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
About the PositionAs a Prop Trading Support Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking trade data, executing trades, managing financial dashboards, and coordinating administrative tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain trade tracking systems using analytics tools like TradeZella.
- Track live trade data (entry/exit time, price, profit/loss, spread, strategy tag, session, time of day).
- Maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Build and update a master financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits.
- Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily.
- Troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately.
- At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems.
