Key Job Responsibilities

The role of a Trade Lifecycle Analyst involves providing comprehensive operational support for the Prime Financial Services business. This includes trade instruction releases, settlement processes and driving improved controls and efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Release of trade instructions, trade reopening and settlement from core settlement systems
  • Inventory/position management and inter-company reconciliation prior to settlement date
  • Manage service quality by following established procedures and ensuring tasks are accurate and timely
  • Support the Process Vice President in delivering top-quality operations for the global business
  • Ensure procedures are documented and SOPs are updated regularly; identify requirements for additional controls
  • Daily investigation and escalation of issues (e.g., fails and breaks)
  • Provide daily and weekly statistics and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services/Treasury or related function. Familiarity with products and services is essential. Additionally, experience in Asset Servicing and Trade Management & Settlements is preferred.

  • Strong communication, organization and leadership skills
  • Strong control and audit mindset with understanding of policies and regulations in the industry
  • Good relationship-building and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to work on holidays or extended hours on high-volume days, if required
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure to meet deadlines and quality goals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication with key stakeholders
