- Handle product-related questions, order tracking issues, returns, and account concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify tools to manage tickets and deliver fast, reliable support.
- Stay updated on product information and best practices to maintain a consistent customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
