Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for various clients across industries. This role involves responding to technical inquiries, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guiding users through solutions with patience and professionalism.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous call center experience with a strong command of the English language
  • High-speed internet connection and appropriate, quiet work environment
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Work from home experience with prior experience as a remote worker
